The engagement gap

Prospects do not need more data. They need to see where you can lead.

The first meeting often contains valuable facts but produces no clear, tangible planning experience. RetireTax Scan Pro turns those facts into an organized discovery agenda without pretending to be a full plan.

Ten distinct lenses

Independent scores keep each priority visible.

Each planning area receives its own preliminary indicator. A low or not-applicable result in one area never hides a higher-priority result somewhere else.

Built for responsible discovery

Advisor questions

A focused workflow, explained plainly.

Understand what the current version asks for, how case details are handled, and what the final report is designed to do.

Why does the current version use guided entry instead of a full tax-return upload?

RetireTax Scan Pro uses selected facts from a completed tax return plus a concise household conversation. This keeps the first meeting focused, lets the advisor confirm the facts used in the scan, and avoids requiring the full tax return to be uploaded.

Does RetireTax Scan Pro keep client case information?

Case details are used while the review is active in the browser and are not intentionally saved to a permanent application case database. Advisors remain responsible for exported PDFs, delivery, recordkeeping, and their firm's requirements.

What does the scanner produce?

The scanner produces ten independent preliminary planning indicators, ranked from highest to lowest, and a client-ready PDF. The results organize further discovery; they are not tax preparation, individualized advice, or a recommendation to implement a strategy.

Can several advisors share one membership?

No. Each membership is licensed to one named financial professional. Login credentials may not be shared, and each additional advisor requires a separate subscription.

Is there a per-report charge or monthly report limit?

The current individual membership has no per-report charge or stated cap for ordinary professional use by the named subscriber. Automated, bulk, shared-account, resold, or abusive use is not permitted.
